A: Because we normally sell out on the weekends, we suggest you make your reservations as far in advance as possible. If you are on our reservation form and the day and time are not showing, that will be an indication that those times are probably no longer available.
A: We do like to know ahead of time prior to your party. For the Ultimate Glow Party, we do need to know a good approximate number at least 24 hours prior so we can have the table set up with the proper number of items for the kids. The arty package is for the children invited to the party. We do not provide gifts or items for the entire party. Any adults that would like drinks they do need to purchase them.
A: Our party tables are cafeteria style tables which will hold approximately 15-20 children (depending on age). We DO NOT provide extra seating at the birthday tables for the adults. There are snack bar area tables available during the session. If you are planning on having 25 or more guests choosing a Private Event might be a better option.
A: We ask that you talk to the hostess when you arrive if you have any special request for seving the items with your party. They will discuss with you when they plan on bringing them to your table. We try to do this in orderly timing to give ample time for cake, etc.
A: We do require a Guest list to be filled out and submitted to us 24 hours prior to your party. Here is the Link to the Guest List to fill out and submit. If you do not fill this out prior you will be required to when you arrive prior to your party.
A: Yes, We do offer Private Parties when we are not open to the public. Our facility can be rented for Sweet 16’s, Bar Mitzvahs, Corporate events, school field trips, school fundraisers, surprise parties, meetings. Visit Private Events Page, or call 816-587-0131 to schedule your event.
